• April 2010 – UIBC Group of Companies (Insurance Broker and Insurance Agency) founded by a team of Ukrainian insurance professionals with extensive work experience in leading international insurance and broker companies
• 2010–2014 – a number of comprehensive insurance and reinsurance programs for special risks implemented (i.a. EBRD-supported construction projects, coverage for service providers within UN and NATO programs, etc.)
• 2015 – international insurance status officially confirmed: accreditation and signing agreements of cooperation with international brokers represented worldwide.
• 2016–2017 – fostering the core competencies:
  • increase of special risks portfolio – aviation, construction, energy
  • made to the Top-3 insurance brokers in Ukraine.
• 2018–2020 – introduction of state-of-the-art insurance products – health insurance, critical illnesses foreign treatments, directors and officers’ liability, cyber risks, kidnap and ransom, political violence
